Caroline became a certified personal trainer at sixteen and spent over a decade working as a trainer and nutrition coach. Her transition into esthetics was inspired by her own skincare journey and her passion for creating customized plans that support health from the inside out.
Born in Massachusetts but a Florida girl at heart, Caroline grew up playing soccer and remains very competitive when it comes to sports. She attended the University of Florida, where she earned her degree in Journalism and Health Education.
In her free time, she can be found at the gym, reading a book, or spending time with friends and family.
