Initial Steps Before the Visit

Our approach is highly personalized and centered around creating a customized experience for each patient.

• Patients begin by scheduling a Get To Know You Consultation
• Once the appointment is scheduled—via phone, text, or through our online booking platform—patients will receive a confirmation by text and email, including a link to complete the New Patient Intake Form, which must be submitted prior to the visit to help us prepare
• Appointments are confirmed 1–2 days in advance

During the first visit, patients can expect:

• A warm welcome and a brief tour of our space
• A comprehensive consultation
• A VISIA Skin Analysis, an advanced imaging system that allows us to assess the skin on a deeper level and design a tailored treatment plan

At the end of the visit, patients will receive a personalized treatment plan, along with a detailed review of their VISIA skin analysis and recommended next steps.

Consultation Policy:

• A $75 deposit is required to reserve the appointment (card on file required)
• The deposit can be applied toward any service or retail purchase during the visit
• If the patient chooses not to proceed, the deposit can be refunded upon request
• The deposit is forfeited if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show.
